EDIT: It seems the registration of this file has been wrecked. The only thing I can do about this is download another version of Hypercam and re-seed it.

All I did was I downloaded the orig. from their website, then making sure it was closed out (not running on my comp) then I copied all the files in this torrent and pasted them over the orig. ones and replaced them. Clicked on the App to run it, and it's registered ^_^

I got it to work and it is registered, just used the exe file in the folder where I unzipped this and it never says "need to register" again.
